Terminals

Three direct-dock piers, no tendering: Puerta Maya and the International Pier sit together about 3 miles south of downtown San Miguel, and Punta Langosta is right in the middle of downtown.

Walking distance reality

Only Punta Langosta puts you within walking distance of the plaza, shops, and restaurants. From Puerta Maya or the International Pier, downtown is a 10 to 15 minute taxi ride, not a walk, though Puerta Maya has its own shops and beach area right at the pier.

Typical all-aboard buffer

Cruise lines usually list all-aboard 60 to 90 minutes before departure. Build in at least 45 to 60 minutes of slack beyond your last planned stop, more on days when multiple ships are in port and taxi lines back up at the pier.
